General Conditions of Sale
The Company reserves the right to amend prices subject to three months notice.
The property in the goods does not pass to the buyer until settlement in full of the purchase price.

Terms of payment: 30 days net monthly

Delivery is subject to availability

Usually 5 days from receipt of order if ex-stock from our central Warehouse

Or typically 14-21 days if manufactured to order.

Collection from our Belgium Facility is only on ex-stock items, all other orders go directly to site unless agreed by prior arrangement.

Timed deliveries are subject to a £100 surcharge.

Deliveries will be made on Road-train (Drawbar) or Articulated Curtain-sided vehicles. All mechanical offloading will be provided by the customers within 30 minutes of arrival.

Rigid vehicle deliveries are made by prior agreement and at a surcharge of £100 per delivery in addition to any other delivery charges

For orders less than £ 2,000 in value (excluding VAT) a standard charge for UK mainland deliveries of £ 150 is made.
Orders to the value of £15,000 (excluding VAT) are priced based on one delivery.
Orders above £15,000 (excluding VAT) will be quoted on the lowest delivery basis..
Additional deliveries to the above will be charged at £150 per drop.
We are only able to provide prices and delivery to UK and Eire addresses - all deliveries outside this area must go through our parent company Pittsburgh Corning Europe in Belgium
